- Have you ever risked or lost a relationship due to gambling?
- Do frustration, anger, anxiety, or depression ever make you feel like gambling?
- Have you missed family obligations due to gambling?
- Have you ever had to beg or manipulate someone in order to get money for gambling or to cover gambling debts?
- Have you ever received a bailout from a friend, relative, or credit company to get money for gambling or to cover gambling losses?
- Have drinking or drug use ever influenced whether or not or how you gambled?
- Have you ever neglected your physical needs due to gambling?
- Have you gambled more often, increased the size of your bets, and stayed longer than planned as your gambling progressed?
- Has your preoccupation with gambling caused a lack of attention to what omeone was saying to you?

- Have you ever fantasized about quitting gambling for awhile, but starting again when you are "older"?

- Has your sex drive diminished during the time you have become more involved in gambling?

** Thus far, these questions have not been validated to identify pathological gambling diagnosis. However, anyone answering fifteen or more questions affirmatively certainly has serious problems with gambling.
