  9. Have you ever risked or lost a relationship due to gambling?
  10. Do frustration, anger, anxiety, or depression ever make you feel like gambling?
  11. Have you missed family obligations due to gambling?
  12. Have you ever had to beg or manipulate someone in order to get money for gambling or to cover gambling debts?
  13. Have you ever received a bailout from a friend, relative, or credit company to get money for gambling or to cover gambling losses?
  14. Have drinking or drug use ever influenced whether or not or how you gambled?
  15. Have you ever neglected your physical needs due to gambling?
  16. Have you gambled more often, increased the size of your bets, and stayed longer than planned as your gambling progressed?
  17. Has your preoccupation with gambling caused a lack of attention to what omeone was saying to you?
  18. Have you felt powerful and important when you were gambling?
  19. Have you ever fantasized about quitting gambling for awhile, but starting again when you are "older"?
  20. Have you become friends with someone you normally wouldn't have because of your gambling?
  21. Has your sex drive diminished during the time you have become more involved in gambling?
  22. Do you become anxious just thinking about never being able to gamble again?
  23. Have you fantasized about becoming a professional gambler?

** Thus far, these questions have not been validated to identify pathological gambling diagnosis. However, anyone answering fifteen or more questions affirmatively certainly has serious problems with gambling.
